What is whole-home repiping?
It's replacing the water supply lines running through your house. We cut small access points in the walls and ceilings, run new PEX-A pipe, then patch everything back so you're left with clean, reliable water in every room.
When should I consider repiping?
If you're seeing rusty water, low water pressure, or leaks in more than one spot, it's time to take a serious look. Same if you lost pipes in one of Houston's hard freezes, or your home still has thin-wall, pitted copper or old CPVC. PEX was about the only pipe that came through those freezes without bursting.
How long does a repipe take?
Most homes are done in one to two days. Your water is back on every evening while we work, so the disruption stays minimal.
How many holes will you cut, and how big?
It varies by house. We never remove entire walls to repipe a home — we cut small access points where we need them. Whatever we open, we put back to the best condition possible. It’s a clean, turnkey process.
What kind of pipe do you use?
Expansion-type PEX-A, only. It resists corrosion, chlorine, and scale, and it flexes in a freeze instead of splitting like copper.
Do I have to repipe the whole house at once?
Not necessarily. If the budget or timing isn't right for a full repipe, we can build a plan — start with the leaking lines, then the easy-to-reach ones, and replace the rest over time.
How much does a repipe cost?
Most whole-home repipes in Houston run between $5,000 and $15,000, depending on your home's size and layout. We give you a written, upfront number after a free in-home visit. See our repipe cost page for the full breakdown.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing starts as low as $99/mo with $0-down options, terms up to 12 years, and no prepayment penalty — so a repipe doesn’t have to wait for the right month.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor, for 25 years, to the original owner. If you sell the home, the warranty transfers to the new owner for up to 10 years.
